fresh aromas, lively acidity and greenish hues.

peach and acacia flowers.

A mellow accompaniment to shellfish and an excellent
aperitif. Marries beautifully with olive all’ascolana – green olives stuffed with meat or fish, rolled in breadcrumbs and then fried.

OPTIMUM AGE:

The wine’s crispness and aroma are at their best in the first year. Ages well up to two years, developing in flavour and maturity.
