ASPETTO:

Rosso Rubino tendente all’aranciato con la maturazione (al terzo anno).

PROFUMO:

Intenso e persistente con sentori di frutta rossa, ciliegia e marasca.

GUSTO:

Gradevole, vinoso, sapido, armonico ed asciutto La persistenza gustativa ricorda sapori di frutta prugne e fiori rossi.

GRADAZIONE ALCOLICA:

12,5% vol.

TEMPERATURA DI SERVIZIO:

Va gustato a temperatura ambiente (16°-18°) ed aperto qualche ora prima del consumo.

ACCOMPAGNAMENTO:

Arrosti, cacciagione, formaggi ed in genere per piatti dal sapore accentuato. Minestre di notevole struttura, legumi, zuppa di pesce.

AREA OF ORIGIN:

The slopes of Monte Conero on the Adriatic coast.

COLOUR:

Deep ruby red, clear and bright, with purplish hues. Tending to garnet with age.

FLAVOUR:

Delightful vinous aroma when young. Fades with age to reveal fruity and floral aromas.

TASTE:

Dry, sapid, sharp, harmonious and fullbodied tending to a pleasant bitterish taste. Softens with age.

ALCOHOL CONTENT:

12,5% vol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:

16° – 18° (best at room temperature).

ACCOMPANYMENT:

The perfect accompaniment to strong-flavoured dishes, cheeses, roasts and game.

AREA OF ORIGIN:

The hilly territory in the provinces of Ascoli-Piceno and Ancona that runs from the Misa river to Abruzzo, marked by the Tronto river. The Marche’s most extensive wine zone.

COLOUR:

Ruby red tending to orange with age (after three years).

FLAVOUR:

Delightful vinous aroma when young. Fades with age to reveal fruity and floral aromas.

TASTE:

Dry, pleasant, vinous, sapid and harmonious. A persistence of flavour reminiscent of plums and red flowers.

ALCOHOL CONTENT:

12,5% vol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:

Best served at room temperature (16°-18°) and opened a few hours before serving.

ACCOMPANYMENT:

Roasts, game, cheeses and most strong-flavoured dishes. Hearty soups, pulses and fish chowders.

ZONA DI ORIGINE:

Il riferimento geografico è il promontorio del Monte Conero sul mare Adriatico e le colline discendenti.

ASPETTO:

Colore rosso rubino intenso, limpido e brillante, con sfumature violacee. Volge al granato con la maturazione.

PROFUMO:

Odore gradevole e vinoso nel primo periodo. In maturità si attenua, lasciando emergere odori fruttati e floreali.

GUSTO:

Sapore sapido, armonico, asciutto, secco e ricco di corpo, tendente all’amarognolo. Con la maturità acquisisce morbidezza.

GRADAZIONE ALCOLICA:

12,5% vol.

TEMPERATURA DI SERVIZIO:

16° – 18° (va gustato a temperatura ambiente).

ACCOMPAGNAMENTO:

E’ ideale con piatti dal sapore accentuato, arrosti di carni bianche e rosse, cacciagione e formaggi.

AREA OF ORIGIN:

The geographical area of reference is the cape of Monte Conero overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the hills leading down to the sea.

APPEARENCE:

Clear, bright, deep ruby red colour with hints of purple. Becomes more garnet in colour after maturation.

AROMA:

Pleasant vinous flavour in the early period. As it matures this softens to make way for fruity and floral aromas.

TASTE:

Flavoursome, harmonic, dry and full-bodied, tending to bitter. Softens with age

ALCOHOL CONTENT::

min 13.5% vol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:

16°-18° (enjoy at room temperature)

SERVE WITH:

Ideal with dishes with an accentuated flavour, roasted white or red meat, game and cheeses.

AREA OF ORIGIN:

This includes a very small area in the province of Ancona, north of the River Esino, including 6 municipalities: Morro d’Alba (from which it takes it name), Monte S. Vito, Belvedere Ostrense, Ostram Senigallia (not including valley bottoms and the slopes overlooking).

APPEARANCE:

Deep ruby red colour with hints of purple in the first period.

AROMA:

Pleasant, intense, persistent and fruity bouquet. Hints of red and woodland berry fruits.

TASTE:

Pleasantly dry, flavoursome wine with a characteristic softness on the palate.

ALCOHOL CONTENT:

Min. 12,5% vol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:

18° – 20°

SERVE WITH:

An excellent wine to serve with meat, charcuterie, cheeses and strong pasta dishes. Also an optimum wine to conclude a meal.

PERFECT AGE:

Usually drunk while young (lively aroma and flavour). Can also be moderately age (laid down for 2-3 years) for an aroma and flavour that takes on floral hints of broom, heather and blueberry.
